You can wait forever and cannot continue. Simply try reset and reloading the page when you can't resume the page after a while.
Turn off the recaptcha/hcaptcha module. Browser fingerprint should be latest, last 15 days, and can use mobile fingerprint.
Try disabling the Recaptcha/Hcaptcha module and use the new mobile fingerprint.
