How can i write faster with "TYPE TEXT" ?

When I try to write with "TYPE TEXT" it takes too long. Is there a way to shorten it? Thnx.

"Interval in milliseconds"

By default it is 100, which means that interval
between 2 key strokes is 100 miliseconds.

When I change it to 1 miliseconds. It's still very slow to me.

There should be a check box in the type text setting that says something about disabling mouse emulation, check that and it will pretty much just paste the text in
