I got this error while performing "Browser Settings" action with profile path parameter.
Premium Bas Version: 28.3.0 and 28.5
OS: Windows 11 24H2
Specs: i9 9900k 32Gb of RAM, GTX 1060 6gb.

Проверьте доступ к https://bablosoft.com/, если доступ есть, то добавьте папку скрипта в исключения антивируса и фаервола
