What is wrong with new version?

Hello everyone. There is a performance problem with the new version of this program. I was able to open 20+ browsers on the 22xx version. In the latest version(23) its just up to 5 browsers maximumly. Same script, same resources, different versions. Is there something I don't know about the new version? Please inform me, thank you.

there is one more problem, it doesn't save's changes to my exe, unless i create e new one
