Why don't you want to create accounts through a mobile app? I did the same for Instagram using swipe into DOB area.
In browser with a mobile user-agent I couldn't register.

Although I create a profile, when I open the browser through the same profile, it comes out of Gmail, which I log in to, how can I fix it.

Make sure that you are using same profile through which you
made a login previously. That works for sure.The only thing that comes to my mind is that you accidentally
are creating new profile every time. So once you log in to
account, just edit or create new script so already created
profile is loaded again.
