The reason is simple: the more successful users are, the longer they stay in the ecosystem, the higher their loyalty, and the more likely they are to pay for subscriptions, purchase add-ons, and participate in the development of the community. If “ordinary” users don’t achieve results, they leave and stop paying — which means the company loses clients and money.
