This problem started before the last BAS update.
After BAS got updated last time, it worked for 1 week and right now It's not.
So If you follow 1 person and refresh the page the person is not followed.
Someone know a solution to this?

No, for resources created via user interface, as far as I know, there is no such possibility.
You can safely use any loop with 'ignoring errors' inside, if you need to wait for adding elements.
@TravelGreg2 to get element title you need to use "Get Element Text" action together with param. Here is example: 0_1483528466704_GetTitle.xml
