Hello,
If i create profiles with no canvas data i am receiving the fingerprints instantly now. If i create profile with ANY canvas data i get error message "KEY IS NOT VALID" this never happened before. Check attached print-screen and help provide solution. I reinstalled software - did not solve problem.

@natashamoodyz34 This is some kind of problem with the service, an update is possible. I wrote to the developer.
