Probability in Task Scheduler

May I ask what exactly is the "probability" in the BAS Task Scheduler and how it affects the running behaviour of the bot?
And is it possible to either set a bot to run daily from 9am to 5pm with a pause of 5 minutes between each run (without the running time of the bot) or to spread e.g. 20 to 30 runs between 6am and 10pm (from Mondy to Friday or daily).
