Phone Number Code Not Received After A While (Stop Received Code Execution After A While)

It seems that sms-activate and some other services doesn't always received the code and so the program is waiting for a code to be received for 20 minutes. I want to make it so if the code for example isnt received after 1 minute, I want the receive code execution to stop and I wanna get a new phone number. I would also like it so when I do get a new phone number the old one is canceled and I can get my money back, but if someone can help me out on the first part I think I can figure out the second part on my own. If anyone can help me out thank you!

For cancelling number you can use this.
When using this you should also use the right status.
