What is the meaning of this notresuse

Hello,
I have a bot which was done by another consultant here, but now that consultant is not responding and I need to fix that by my self.

The bot is reading files to process the twitter accounts from a resource variable. It is using Read File Task. Since I am new to botting I tried to look the documents but couldn't understand that what is the meaning of this word notreuse in the below mentioned line, appreciate if someone can guide me about this below line.

C:/twitter/UsAccounts/{{UsAccountsList|notreuse}}
