I added this because it is in Spanish and you need to have valid details information for the form.
But try this:-
https://icp.administracionelectronica.gob.es/icpco/index- Here choose Las palmas
- On the next page choose TRÁMITES CUERPO NACIONAL DE POLICÍA : Here choose
POLICIA-CERTIFICADO DE REGISTRO DE CIUDADANO DE LA U.E. - choose Entrar to continue
- USE NIE as X8198190R or generate another one using https://www.generador-de-dni.com/generador-de-dni, add any name.
- Click solicitar CITA
- Choose any office
- Just fill any information as shown
- You should now see the crazy V3 Captcha
- GOOD LUCK WITH IT;)

@UserTrue Nope. That one I handle easily already. It might be a split rollout, there is a V3 captcha on the same page
Why did you think it was there? I don't see any signs

@UserTrue It is there. That is why I have also added a saved page with the V3 in the zip. It might be an ALB with different versions. But it is there, might be by region too
Yes, I see it in your archive, i can try to solve it. But I won't be able to check, so it's a bad idea. Recaptcha 3 is better not to solve, but just to warm up the profile well, it is more efficient
