new problem for a simple checker

hello i want to make a checker
the only problem that i have is users need to load the account lists with txt
the format of users accounts a re email:password
i dont know how to seprate email and password and how write email and password in login page
i tried but it will write the full line in only email field like : afa3535@gmail.com:pasfoajns53 write this in email field only
i need to seprate them and email in email field and password too
