Сделал скрипт, все вроде хорошо, но не пускает акки из за одинакового айпи, купил мобильные прокси но все равно не помогает
What's your proxy protol ? Did you try to set it to auto ? Or it required user/password for authorization?

Just ping them. Ping shows how fast they are by response times, so than just filter them by your desired speed limit. It is usual technicque.
