In some cases, the image is inserted directly into the HTML from JavaScript; the chances of this happening are approximately 50/50.

Thanks for this! Love it! The Advanced settings do not work for me. Check it on, save, close, edit again and it's unchecked and doesn't honor the solve limit set. In short, it doesnt save the settings and keep active.
