Had the same problem on a Windows 10 machine with both BAS updater and FPM. For BAS I solved it by check run as admin" in the shortcut on desktop and for FPM3 by manually downloading and re-installing it.
@morpheus93 I had already added limitation 1000 fp request in 3 min by redis. Even it doesn't work. I contacted directly to their admin. He said that you needed wait for next update

face palm I feel like an idiot now. I had it setting the host because it was returning Method not Accepted error. I looked at the traffic again and figured it's the URL of the post/get's changing them, used the correct Host. Thank You, you rock.
