There was a module in BAS for working with Luminati proxy, but it stopped working due to a problem on the Luminati side. So I'm not sure that such a module can be made in principle. https://community.bablosoft.com/topic/8877/не-работают-прокси-на-http-сайтах/8

@info2000 It depends on what you are interested in. For example, for simple queries to mysql I made https://community.bablosoft.com/topic/11118/sf_mysql. but that's just for the simple ones.
