PerfectCanvas on Fingerprint custom server

I use the Perfect Canvas on Fingerprint custom server, but when I go to https://pixelscan.net/, most people get the message "Very likely you are masking your fingerprint.".
Can anyone help me?

Can anyone tell me why?
