BAS is eating a lot of processor resources

From last Sunday BAS is eating a lot of processor resources causing fan run at max rpms all the time. I used to run 3 instances of BAS before and my laptop was silent. Now i run just 2 instances and fan is so noisy. I thought that maybe i should clean my laptop inside and apply new thermal paste, so i did it and nothing helped. Fan still runs on max rpm and processor temperture is 80-84 celsius degrees. My specs are - i7 10gen with 16GB RAM so i think BAS should run smoothly
Is it only me or anybody noticed the same?
