Check different servers, maybe your fingerprints are saved on another server

Nope,

You can use Fingerprintswitcher service for FREE with FREE BAS version.
But in that case you are limited to "windows chrome" type of Fingerprints.

And if you pay for Fingerprintswitcher service (which is cheap btw) you will
be able to obtain any type of Fingerprints - desktop, mobile etc. And you will
get accsess to download fingerprinmanager, which is only available for paid
users of fingerprintswitcher service.

@zhedielj You can't use fingerprint service on BabloSoft outside of BAS.
