Script Not Working

When I click on the Record or Run buttons, nothing happens. The script does not open, there is no warning or notification. It's as if it was never clicked.
What is the solution to this problem? The files are my own production. I created the codes in them, but at another time these files may not open at all. It is not possible to open them again.
Does anyone know anything about this?

Yes, sometimes this issue occurs and can only be resolved by restarting the computer.
For me, with the private compiled code (uploaded to your account), the startup speed will be slower than the code compiled with "No protection" option. -
Unfortunately, restarting is not the solution.
What is causing this problem? What is the real solution? I've searched the forum but couldn't find any information about it.
To give a clearer example:
While the program is running smoothly, after a while, when it is tried to run again, it does not work and never recovers.
How is it possible to realize any project in this case? How can BAS be used safely after the content of that project cannot be accessed tomorrow?
