I'm currently running my own BAS project on a few computers, there's somebody know how to create an online panel to manage all of them at the same time,

Yes, the Internet is full of different examples and manuals for organizing interaction with Google tables. You can also use a server with a database, but managing scripts via Google tables is, I think, the easiest option
