For what reason has Google given such a message?

I have driven traffic to my site using BAS.
All visitors are spammed, earnings are also lost and this message is given.
What could be the reason for this and what is the solution?
While I have also used a good and rotating proxy.
A data center proxy is used.
And used with fingerprintAd requests from apps usually include the app name and app store ID. If this information isn't included in an ad request, "Not applicable" and/or "Invalid app IDs received" will appear in this card.
Not applicable: Ad requests associated with this app didn't include an app name.
Invalid app IDs received: Ad requests associated with this app didn't include a valid Google Play Store ID or Apple App Store ID.
Note: Values in this row of the card represent the total impressions, revenue, and eCPM for all apps labeled "Not applicable" or "Invalid app IDs received".
