В режиме записи скрипт выполняется без каких-либо ошибок, но когда дело доходит до многопоточного режима, тогда всё, выдаёт ошибку. Как исправить?
У вас до этого действия - нет обернутого в ошибку действия - объекта такого нет - вот он и не может его прочитать. Оберните в ошибку например кликнуть по элементу.

Set a smaller number of PCs and the license period for the user in the personal account.

@kirill1997 можно консолью виндовс CMD использовать через действие запустить процесс в CMD есть все необходимое
