Error every time I try to hit Record. - "SetProcessMitigationPolicy could not be located..."

Hello, I tried to use BAS for the first time in a while today and after I updated I can't seem to get into Record mode anymore. I tried reinstalling it on my server and even did a fresh install on a Windows 7 machine but I got the error in both places. As soon as I hit Record it will popup a message box that says "The procedure entry point SetProcessMitigationPolicy could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.". If I click OK it will just pop back up a few seconds later. I've included a pic of the error for reference as well. Has anyone ran into this before or have any idea how to fix it? BAS no longer supports Windows 7/8/8.1 and Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2.
