Just noticed that the "LastVersion" file in the profile folder, as the name suggests, gets updated when the profile is opened with (another version of) BAS e.g. from 114.0.5735.91 to 117.0.5938.63. Therefore it's not suitable for our need to determine the original version of which a profile was created.
But at least can be said what was the latest BAS version that worked with it ;)
BAS restores older version of script after saving

Sometimes I face the issue that I upadated a script and after saving (yesterday I noticed it after saving script with a new name with "Save as") there are automatically very old settings are restored. E.g. the settings for solving Recaptcha 2 were set to a server which we have not used for months. And so the complete script stopped working.
Any idea what triggers this behaviour? I can only imagine that those old settings are picked up somewhere from the auotmatically created backups. But why and how to avoid it? In a big script it's not possible to check all steps regularly as it seems quite random what cubes are set back to an older version... Faced this problem in older versions of BAS 25.2.0 as I remember and now also in 25.8.0
