Where should I start - begginner...

I will have about 3000 excel lines in these 5 columns
1- first name
2- last name
3- profession title
4- profession ID#
5- alternative ID#

I will have to search on these 18 web sites below (depending on info in colums 3), by entering text with first name (column 1) and last name (column 2) and some web site will need ID# (column 4 or 5) in the specific text field on spécific website.

The search will give me

• NO RESULT
  *1 RESULT
• MULTIPLE RESULT

At firts if I am able to do an automation up to here, It will acelarate my work!

Then I may want the result to be writen in my database

• If it is an exact match with info in column 1-2 = TRUE
• If it is an exact match with info in column 3 = TRUE
• If it is NOT a exact match with column 1-2 = FALSE
• If it is NOT a exact match with column 3 = FALSE

In my work, I will need to give a % of TRUE, and I will need to investigate in detail the false only.
