Well, it's a disappointing situation. You want to have a script, but you're only willing to pay for your own experience.
Without detailed technical documentation, you won't achieve the desired results. If you provide some information to the developer, they will be able to create a script for you with features that you might not expect as a customer. I mean, when you contribute something, you can expect something in return, but not necessarily what you need.
In your case, you're requesting certain features, but in the real world, no one can expect them to be implemented before they are developed. This is the reality we live in. And I mention above that you paid for that experience.
In my experience, most customers are not willing to pay for documentation and research due to budget constraints. In that case, your situation is quite common.
If you want to avoid that situation, you must write documentation first or pay someone to make it.
Alternatively, you can work with a developer on a per-hour payment basis. This is a very common arrangement, and the developer can create or change scripts for you as much as you need, provided you are able to pay for their services.

Это так, но это также и не профессионализм исполнителя который не уточнил очевидные детали как минимум о скорости работы. Либо это не не профессионализм, а было сделано умышленно. Как он выразил потому что сам "лох"... В таком случае это и вправду отчасти скам.
