Launcher stuck at 10%

Hi,

I have changed my computer, and i'm now on Windows 11

I installed Fingerprint Manager 3.0, but when i launch, it's stuck at 10% ... (same with CanvasInspector)

Most likely, the firewall blocks the script's access to the server
If disabling firewall does not worked please answer this questions:
1.If try to load https://bablosoft.com 10 times with between time no less than 10 seconds, how many errors occurred?
2. What result have "nslookup bablosoft.com" command(through cmd)?
3. Can you load https://fingerprints.bablosoft.com ?
4. Can you load other websites from the same datacenter? http://www.marcogarro.it/ https://vansnick-laurent-cloture.be/ http://inboxingproserver.com/ https://giubileo.roma.it/
5. Your ip when trying to download (the last attempt must be within 24 hours)

Had the same problem on a Windows 10 machine with both BAS updater and FPM. For BAS I solved it by check run as admin" in the shortcut on desktop and for FPM3 by manually downloading and re-installing it.
