Было не легко, распишу - вдруг кому пригодится, если вы ставили модуль то зайдите в менеджер модулей и правой кнопкой мыши потом перейти к расположению модуля и удалить эту папку затем сделать как сказал @Fox

The problem continued for 1 hour. It's fixed now. While running the BAS program, my fingerprint license was not working even though it was active. but it's working now. thank you
