for about half an hour the fingerprint I paid for is not working. the bot is struggling to pull the fingerprint and it is failing.

Most likely you are copying extra characters along with the key - spaces, tabs, or line breaks.

@zhedielj You can't use fingerprint service on BabloSoft outside of BAS.
