for about half an hour the fingerprint I paid for is not working. the bot is struggling to pull the fingerprint and it is failing.

For example, you see that you received an error via API, at the same time try to get the same fingerprint via BAS.

I keep getting the message "Key is not allowed to use right now, try again later", while I just bought a 3 month extra key. Can anyone tell me why? Thank.
