Gmail IMAP fail, need Oauth. Anyone can help?

Hi, need some help about gmail IMAP. When I try the IMAP, it fails in BAS. It looks like that BAS has to add Oauth or some other ways. Anyone who can help to solve this problems?

Have you used an "app password" when using Imap Gmail?
