I built one using BAS and hooked it up to my own API with browser emulation to avoid blocks. Took some time, but it works fine for simple order handling.

I’ve also used https://famoid.com/buy-instagram-followers/ a couple of times for boosting new profiles and keeping engagement steady while building them up. It works fine if you're trying to make pages look more active from the start. I wouldn't rely on it long-term, but for helping early traction or testing ideas, it's been useful. Just make sure your content looks decent so it doesn’t seem off when followers go up.
