How to Select File Folders in Each Different Thread ??

Hello all friends,
I need help about selecting upload files in the folder.

I want to run 5 threads in one go. However, in each thread I want to specify a different folder. What is the method and logic?
So far I have only used one folder and uploaded files in that folder randomly.
