Just wondering how long it takes to get access to the BAS Premium product after we pay?
It has now been 24 hours since we paid for the software, and still have not got the download link in our dashboard. It's just blank.
I already sent a direct email to the gmail account listed in the dashboard, but no reply. That was 21 hours ago.Trying to be sensitive to the time difference between where I am USA and wherever the developer is, but would really like to have access to the software - that's why we bought it.
