How to make browser show automatically from start?

How can I make make the browser show automatically from start?
so I don't have to click "show browser" on every new thread

We don't have any ready-to-use solution in BAS for that feature. However, there are a few workarounds on how it can be implemented, shared by users on this forum, including my posts.
