Need help to setup API

Hello friends, how are you? Need a little help. I want to setup api of https://www.ip2world.com/proxy_api/. I pull the ip and ports but i dont know how to apply this proxies.
I whitelist my IP there.
192.168.18.118 it my local ip, what port should i use to apply proxy
https://www.ip2world.com/proxy_api/ please check on this link and guide me that what ip and port should i use to apply these proxies.
Please help me in this regard.
