Data has been deleted from the database, can it be restored? is there any backup?

You can use "Element Number" action to determine number of elements in existing list, and after that you can use action "Delete By Index" or "Remove Part".
Tried to edit from the file itself (opened with notepad) all the "AOL" chosen as example to "the one i'm looking for" but it didn't work
