Trojan Error for Compiled Scripts

Support
  • I am getting "Malicious File" error when I try to download my own compiled project and when I try to execute / run it, it's being blocked by Windows Defender & McAfee saying it's a Trojan. I know that I can whitelist it and run but other users are afraid to install it/ let it bypass defender, any advice?

  • Where do you get this error?

  • Steps to reproduce: Premium

    1. Compile your project
    2. Navigate to Release folder
    3. Zip your compiled project files
    4. Upload the file to Google Drive
    5. Download the file (You'll get Malicious File notification or File Size too large) -> "Download Anyway"
    6. Extract to a folder (You should immediately get a notification from antivirus e.g. McAfee (Threat's blocked, if you try to see the details, it's say Trojan found, Win32/Pomal!rfn, FastExecuteScript.exe
    7. If you do not have antivirus then Windows Defender will block with same error
  • I am getting the same error ("Win32/Pomal!rfn") from Windows Defender when installing (BAS) CanvasInspector

  • Now I'm getting this error when starting CanvasInspector too
