FFMpeg BAS Module

I think that having an ffmpeg module integrated in to BAS opens a new set of posibilities for all the community.
More then 90% of content is consumed in video and right now and there is no way to generate videos in BAS.
I'm sure that most of us here work with video in some way or for sure will do in the near future.

@Alex84 it does not work.
I told @StephanBlackStar what the problem is in the post and i didn't get any feedback. Other users have problems as well as you can see in the thread, so the module does not work.

Having a stand alone module makes this a lot easier
