FingerprintManager does not set geolocation according to proxy IP

I have activated the fingerprint settings "Change geolocation" in the FM, but the geolocation does not get set to the proxy IP.
The tool tips tells me "You can set geolocation to custom value with 'Timezone' module". But I can not find any Timezone module.
Do I need ip-api.com key to make it work or how can it be done? -
I changed to ip-api.com and it is working now.
