proxy problem in browser or client

Hello, it slows down the whole network when the proxy is processed with the proxy, regardless of whether in the browser or client, and when more than 5-10 threads are opened. There is no problem with the same threads when processing without proxy. I thought it was from the proxy provider and I worked with 4 different providers. I thought there was a problem in my own internet network, I tried it from 3 different people's home network (average speeds 100-150 mpbs)

When operating without a proxy, there is no network slowdown, regardless of browser or client. Even the highest quality proxies have this problem when processing with proxy.

Does anyone have a similar problem or what is the solution? About 3 months ago I was not having this kind of problem.
