We should first review the information we've already gathered.
The real question is: why does the same computer only work with certain networks?
So, I think the key issue here is related to the network.

Check this script with BAS v28.7.0 in record mode. It hangs for a long time. But in 28.3.0 it's fast.

I just checked all the recent versions, and it's been exactly since version 28.2.0 that the problem has been occurring.
And in this version, I think it's related to some network settings.

i can confirm with creepjs site, see it's hanging insanely, not able to move mouse sometimes like killing my pc

What Internet provider do you use?
What type of connection causes problems (Wifi, LAN)?
