Hey there,
I just set up my custom server and was excited to start collecting fingerprints.
However, out of 20 tries, it only collected 2 fingerprints. I tried everything, staying on the site a few minutes sometimes....it only worked for two of my devices in very unrealistic testing environments (staying on the site for 5+ minutes, trying multiple times until fingerprint was fetched).
Anyone has the same issue and found a fix?
Happy to pay for help as I really need this, however, it doesnt seem to be working at all.

It seems to be a big problem at the moment to collect custom fingerprints from own websites.
Any clarification about the reasons and possible workarounds from the support/moderators would be appreciated!

There is a lot of information that you need to do to fix some issues.
