Can get fingerprint from my custom server with Perfect Canvas

When I don't input perfect canvas, I can get fingerprint from my custom server, but
I can't get fingerprint from my custom server with perfect canvas
I'm sure that I configure perfect canvas and get some fingerprint in custom server database

When I remove perfect canvas in Get Fingerprint action, it does work, but when remove it

the error always says that: "Fingerprint with tags Android,Chrome not found 0"

The developer support skype hasn't been responded me for 3 days

If you want to collect different perfectcanvas from users of your site each time, then you can delete the request in the customservers admin panel, and leave it in the "Get fingerprint" action. In this case, the service will search for a user of your site who will be online right now in order to draw the canvas you need on his PC. This makes sense if you have a lot of regular users on your site.

If you have one perfectcanvas request and you do not plan to change it, then enter it in the customservers administrative panel, and delete it in the "Get fingerprint" action. In this case, the service will render perfectcanvas every time a user logs on to your site and save the resulting fingerprint in their personal account. This will allow you to receive prints from your customservers database without waiting.

And don't forget to enable the "Use custom server" option

I just want to get the fingerprint in my custom server database (already configured perfect canvas request)

then I put this perfect canvas request in the Get Fingerprint action like this, and choose option to not get real time rendering perfect canvas to use only the one that saved in my custom server.

then the error happens: [78246696] [01:28:35] Thread #1 : Fingerprint error: "Fingerprint with tags Android,Chrome not found 0"

Don't ask me if I read the docs because I manange to get fingerprint in custom server, how come i did that?
Am I wrong somewhere?

That's what make me confusing. How to get my fingerprint with perfect canvas (don't use realtime rendering because my site doesn't have many users) from my custom server?

It looks like this is a problem with the BAS services.

When I try to get a fingerprint with a Perfect Canvas, I get the following body in response:

{"Data":null,"Status":"retry","Message":"Key is not allowed to use right now, try again later"}

Without setting Perfect Canvas everything works good, regardless of whether custom server is used.

Using BAS with custom servers, proxies, and similar services requires technical expertise for proper integration. However, comprehensive documentation and forum resources are available to assist with implementation.

Such errors mean that you requested fingerprint with parameters that don't exist in your database of custom servers.

For example, you requested specific Perfect Canvas that don't exist, Chrome version that don't exist, etc.

also I said when I remove the perfect canvas request in Get Fingerprint action, I got fingerprint ok BUT WITHOUT PERFERCT CANVAS

I'm not here to review your settings. You should review your own settings to see if they're wrong or not.

If you need to get specific Perfect Canvas fingerprint, double-check that the request for specific Perfect Canvas exactly matches what you're collecting in the traffic. And you have that fingerprint in your database.

It should not be empty.

Copy and paste it to the specific Perfect Canvas request(BAS), then request fingerprint from the service.

Your request is not compatible with the fingerprint saved in the current database.

What is affected? I don't know exactly.

As I mentioned above, you should have experience. All tools require technical knowledge of many things to make them work together.

If you don't have the time but need to make everything work, you can find someone who can make it all work for you – and you'll pay for that task.

@lowkeypal Попробуйте получить отпечаток из Custom server с запросом Perfect Canvas из 2-3х заданий, которые Вы точно видите, что они присутствуют в отпечатке на custom server. Или скачайте отпечаток и проверьте соответствует ли количество perfect canvas количеству заданий, которые вы собрали в Canvas inspector в запрос perfect canvas.
