Perfect Canvas not working

Hello,
I have a problem in which the canvas fingerprint never changes, it's always the same even though I'm using perfect canvas.

These are the steps I am doing:

1. Open canvas inspector with a Proxy and fingerprint and go to this website https://webbrowsertools.com/canvas-fingerprint/
2. It gives me the following results
3. I use the string returned from Canvas Inspector as following:
   
4. I then apply the fingerprint:
   
5. I open the same site: https://webbrowsertools.com/canvas-fingerprint/ which always give me same fingerprint ID.

Note: If I add canvas noise through an extension, that ID changes, but it remains the same with Perfect Canvas.
Note2: I repeated the step with canvas inspector many times, but the result never changes
Note3: I used other sites as well, such as browserleaks.
