Update browser-with-fingerprints browser version to 140

Hello when is Current supported engine version going to be 140? Currently it is 138.0.7204.50.

Any update on getting 140 engine? Lots of changes in this version that seem to be messing with the system.

@Fox hello, i have browsers hanging on multi thread process especially when i go above 70-75 thread, may i know whys that?
also my cpu/ram is not spiking up or smth..
