Use is_exist function with IF logic. If popup shows up then close it, if not move on and continue loop

when i click on this signin element. it is not clicking. tried many ways. after clicking "signin" button login popup should appear. but popup is not opening in BAS.
usually after clicking on this signin button, a popup will appear to enter mail id and password. i want to interact with it.
need help, i attached screenshot.
