I think temporary profiles can't be deleted. Check the folder:
"....\BrowserAutomationStudio\apps\26.7.1\prof"
The reason for this behavior may be that BAS does not have permissions to edit/delete files.
Try to run the program as administrator.
Try restarting the project periodically using the buttons in the interface, but not through forced closing or closing via Task Manager or something similar.
Try moving BAS or the project you are running to a different directory or disk.

Is it currently possible to create BAS scripts directly using AI? Not within BAS using an AI module, but rather, for example, with Claude Code, Open Code... to generate the JS/XML code directly and then run the finished script using, for example, the BAS Scheduler?

yes. i did create skill that was able to create .xml scripts working in BAS. i will not share it, sinse it is not finished and it needs more testing and fixing and I don't have time for it. With few hours/days you can do it with claude code you can start with skill.md from this post and work on adding all knowlege about BAS conventions and different actions and their interface incoding to be showable in bas and create claude code skill for it.
